Arch. Wambugu  is an architect and town planning consultant having practiced for over 30 years in Kenya and United Kingdom. He has designed and helped to construct various commercial, residential and institutional projects as lead consultant. He has also been involved on several projects as architect/contractor.

For the last 20 years, he has also been providing town planning consultancy services to two London Boroughs handling a variety of development projects and advising developers, planners, architects, engineers and builders on town planning policy and urban design requirements.

Arch. Wambugu is a founding director of Gracepark Villas Limited. He advises that Gracepark villas concept is inspired by the prospects of ultimate living; it encompasses inclusive design principles to achieve a serene family living for the residents and provides superior amenities to make the family life wholesome. The amenities provide for healthy living with safety, recreation, communal cohesion and home working being at the heart of it. The provisions include gymnasium, health club, outdoor games, fish ponds, children recreation, play areas and other amenities.
